If you´re dead, basically, you can´t fight, let´s say humm... anything. But then there´s Marthin Luther King, that guy died and even after his dead, people still fought the system, it´s still alive yet crippled. He couldn´t keep the fight, but his struggle and thought´s where passed to other people, the guy outlived the system in a manner.
