You Shook Me

I love the Led Zeppelin version of this song. This is my project right now, I know the middle parts are going to be hard as hell for someone of my level at guitar playing, but still a good challenge always makes you play better.

I would like a tube amp and a vintage effects pedal to get things going, not necessarily a fender tweed deluxe, but something that sounds like a champ would be good to me.

I thought it was a decent effort from the guys, much better than some of their previous material. There is still a feeling of grudge against the band, coming from some of the fan base (a.k.a. haters) but well, everyone knows the story and this blog is not for vitriolic expositions, at least not unwarranted.

In conclusion: a step forward but they still need many more.

Umberto Eco raises interesting points about racism, war, tolerance and life. This read is quite recommended, I must say it opened my eyes in some complicated subjects. It is a concrete read full of valuable reflections.
